What to Expect

🎨

Meet Your Featured Guest

Kristina Lucia — children's book author, artist, and communication expert based in New York — is our featured guest. She's bringing one of her signature creative exercises to the room, the kind that stays with you.

✏️

A Drawing Exercise (No Skill Required)

Grab paper and something to draw with. Kristina will guide you through a creative exercise designed to get you out of your head and into something real. Simple. Surprisingly powerful.

🤝

Small Breakout Groups

Real conversation in small groups — not small talk. A clear prompt, the right people, and space for something to actually happen.

This started with a CONVERSATION

In NYC

Ariel, a friend, and Kristina at The Ivy Terrace in New York
Ariel, Justin, and Kristina at SkyeCo New York

Ariel and Justin — Co-Founders of DefineMe — met Kristina at a SkyeCo event in New York — on Justin's birthday, no less — and something clicked. They've been staying in touch ever since, going deep on what it means to build something real, show up as yourself, and actually connect with people.

DefineMe is hosting this gathering and invited Kristina to bring her creative expertise to the room. This is what happens when you meet the right person at the right moment and decide to actually do something about it.

There's no pitch. No performance. Just a really good 90 minutes with people who are building something and want to be around others who get it.

Kristina is the creator of the Bella Elephant book series and Curiously Curated Creations — handcrafted stuffies and lovies made from 100% organic cotton. Her work is all about communication: helping kids (and the adults who love them) name their feelings, connect with each other, and move through the hard stuff.

She also leads creative workshops for entrepreneurs and teams — art-based sessions that create space for the kind of thinking that doesn't happen in a regular meeting. She's been doing this work her whole life. This event is a chance to experience it.
